At HeadStrong Flight, we strive to get your arrows and accessories to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process orders, estimated delivery times, and coverage areas.

1. Order Processing
  • Orders are typically processed within 5-8 business days after payment is received.
  • Custom or personalized arrows may require additional processing time.
  • We will send a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

2. Shipping Carriers
  • We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for deliveries.
  • Carrier options may vary depending on your location and order size.
  • Head Strong Flight is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external factors beyond our control.

3. Delivery Estimates
  • Standard shipping within the continental United States typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Coverage
  • HeadStrong Flight currently ships to 48 states in the continental United States.
  • We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time due to shipping restrictions and increased risk for damage during transit.
  • Orders placed from outside the covered 48 states will be canceled and refunded.

5. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
  • Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be noted at checkout or on the homepage.

6. Address Accuracy
  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
  • Head Strong Flight is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to an invalid address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of any damage and the packaging to expedite resolution.
  • We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

8. International Shipping
  • Currently, Head Strong Flight does not ship outside the United States.
  • Any orders placed with an international shipping address will be canceled and refunded.
